Every piece is made to order. Please allow 2 weeks for shipping.

US only. An $8.00 shipping and handling fee applies. All orders are shipped 3-day Priority Mail. Please send an email to orders@pltnyc.com if you need your order expedited.

How to Care for Your Jewelry

The best way to keep your jewelry looking its best is to remove after each wear. Always maintain it protected in an air-sealed bag with an anti-tarnish cloth. Keep away from water and extreme temperatures.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unworn merchandise in its original condition and packaging within 7 days (of your receipt of order) for exchange or credit voucher only as each item is made to order. You may exchange your original item for any item(s) on the site for equal or lesser value. Should there be a difference in price, it will be credited to you in voucher form. Pretty Little Thing puts out 3-4 collections per year and credit voucher has no expiration date and may be used at any time at pltnyc.com. Before making your return, please send an email to orders@pltnyc.com first. You will be contacted with further instructions on how to proceed. Exchanges will only be made on items purchased through pltnyc.com. Credit Vouchers are only valid on purchases made through pltnyc.com.

Repairs

In the event that your purchase becomes damaged during shipping or from everyday wear, plt will gladly repair your purchase free of charge within 30 days of purchase. Please send an email to orders@pltnyc.com with your repair request. You will be contacted with further information to handle your repair.
